Where Sweet Stories of Farm Life Blossom
This is Greyberry Farm — a place to grow roots, chase sunlight, and savor the sweetness of simple things. We’re so glad you’re here.
A slower life, one sweet step at a time
We’re the family behind Greyberry Farm — a small patch of land on a quiet country road where we’re learning to live slower, grow our own food, and build a life full of meaning, one messy day at a time. What started as a dream to renovate an old farmhouse has blossomed into something bigger: a place where stories grow, memories root deep, and everyday life feels a little more connected.
Here on the site, you’ll find a glimpse into our journey — from home projects and garden plans to life with animals and the sweet rhythm of farm days. Whether you’re here to follow along, find inspiration, or just breathe in the simple beauty of it all, we’re so glad you’re here.
When we first stepped onto the property we didn’t just see peeling paint and overgrown brush — we saw potential. The house had stories etched into its walls, and we felt called to add our own. With each plank we’ve sanded, each room we’ve painted, and every nail we’ve driven by hand, we’ve been weaving a new chapter — one rooted in family, simplicity, and love. This is the story of bringing Greyberry Farm back to life, one small, meaningful project at a time.
Greyberry Farm is a patchwork of purpose, joy, and dirt under our nails. We’re learning as we go, growing with the seasons, and building a home where life slows down and goodness grows. From garden beds to pasture gates, everything we plant and care for is rooted in the belief that a beautiful life doesn’t have to be big — just honest, hopeful, and a little bit wild. Come see what’s sprouting here at our little North Carolina farm.
Our animals are more than part of the farm — they’re part of the family. They wake us up, make us laugh, teach us patience, and keep our days delightfully unpredictable. Whether it’s the hens scratching under the oak tree, a curious goat at the gate, or a quiet moment with the bees, we believe these creatures connect us to something simpler, deeper, and good. Here’s where we share their stories, their mischief, and the sweet rhythm they bring to our lives.
We’re not farmers by trade — just a family chasing a quieter kind of joy. Greyberry Farm began as a dream for more meaning, more connection, and more time spent side by side. Together, we’re learning to plant seeds, fix fences, wrangle goats, and soak up the sweetness of the everyday. This journey is messy, magical, and full of lessons — and we’re so grateful to share it with you. Meet the folks behind the farmhouse door.
We’re Learning To Live Life A Little Differently
Everyday is you’ll find us with dirt under our nails, fresh coffee on the porch, and stories woven into the in-between moments. Our days are filled with messy gardens, clucking hens, and the kind of joy you can’t buy in a store. We share it all — the simple wins, the daily beauty, and the lessons that come from doing things the old-fashioned way.
If that sounds like your kind of pace, we’d love to have you follow along.
You can find us sharing the everyday sweetness over on Instagram and YouTube — come say hi, stay a while, and be part of the story.
Have a question? Just want to say hi? We love hearing from kind folks near and far. Drop us a note below and we’ll get back to you as soon as the chores are done.
We get a handful of questions now and then — about the farm, the animals, what we’re growing, and how this whole dream came to life. So we put together a few answers here, just in case you’re curious too. If you don’t see what you’re wondering about, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to chat.
Soon, but not yet! We have a lot of renovations to tackle (and finish), and then we want to create experiences that are worth your visit. Keep checking back for updates, or be sure to sign up for the newsletter so you can be the first to know what’s growing on.
No, we are total greenhorns, hoping to trade up to some green thumbs.
Not yet. In fact, we don’t even have the coop yet. But hopefully soon!
Yes.
The entire property is six acres. The farm-able part is much smaller.
